Deckplate Ready wasn't born in a corporate boardroom. It started with a group of close friends and Navy veterans who spent years serving side-by-side. During our time in uniform, we saw a constant need for high-quality, durable custom gear for commands, divisions, and messes—but we were tired of settling for cheap, ill-fitting shirts, and we were even more fed up with waiting weeks or months for slow vendors to deliver.
We knew our shipmates deserved better. We started this company to cut through the red tape and get badass custom gear into your hands, fast—no more long waiting times or endless vendor delays. Armed with our shared work ethic and a passion for great design, we decided to build the solution ourselves. What began as a mission to outfit our local crew has grown into a dedicated custom apparel brand committed to serving the military community and beyond.
